Dracon Interactive Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected by Dracon Interactive’s website, mobile and computer applications, and services. It also has information about how we store, use, transfer and delete that information.
Website:
The Dracon Interactive website has been made under the Weebly framework. Any cookies or data collection services assiociated with this platform will likely be present within the site.
Beyond this, the only information collected by Dracon Interactive is voluntarily given to the ‘Contact Us’ email widget. This will store the email provided until manually deleted by Dracon Interactive. This email is shared with Weebly, as the widget is provided by their services. Dracon Interactive does not share this email with any other third parties.
Mobile Apps:
At this time, Dracon Interactive does not collect any personal information through their apps. In the future, with the implementation of a signin/authentication system, information such as a devices IP address or MAC address may be collected to assist with player signin. Further to this, Dracon Interactive games implement basic analytic methods, such as reporting on events. Events include in-game occurrences, such as loading a level, gaining a certain amount of ingame coin, or reporting on play time at the end of a session. This information is not shared beyond Dracon Interactive, however it IS stored on third party servers, such as GitHub and Microsoft Azure. This data is never provided by Dracon Interactive to third parties, and is only ever used to improve the players experience.
PC / Web Apps:
In the public versions of the “Draconic Login System”, players are requested to provide a username and password. This information is stored securely behind encryption, and never provided to a third party user. In the case of the Itch.IO version of this system, data is stored in jsonstorage.Net. In the case of the .NET application, data is stored in a Microsoft Azure – Cosmos database. In all cases, data is encrypted. As with mobile apps, Dracon Interactive does implement analytics reporting, which is never shared to a third party, and only ever used to improve the players experience.

The term “services” includes the current creation of the Cross-Game Reward System (CGRS), and any further Software Development Kits that are generated by Dracon Interactive. In the case of the CGRS, non-personal player data may be transferred between Dracon Interactive and third parties. This information will include a numerical value used to reference the user, and ‘events’ tied to the user. The third party never receives a username, or any other identification data. An ‘event’ is a series of data tied to the players in-game state, used to synchronise the players data across multiple platforms. Dracon Interactive takes no responsibility for third party implementations of the CGRS that transmit players personal data.
